My oldest commander deck I have that I didn't brew myself. I have no idea if this deck works so I am looking for some help. I do get the basic idea around this deck, it's mean't to be a deck to be hated by others. So if there are some cards in here that are not ideal for this deck or if you have any suggestions I would love some. I am budget minded but I am open to all ideas. Thank you in advance!

Edit (8/22/21): After finally trying to play this deck again when I have been avoiding playing for quite some time, I found out that (obviously) its shit. Lots of cards that suck in this format happen to be in this deck. Like removal of multiple instances of a card in a deck while commander is singleton (save for decks like marrow-gnawer, that one dwarf from a few sets ago, and the card that you need 6 or something of in order to tutor something). Also, there was a card ( Pardic Dragon )that's absolute garbage in a format like commander. You can take a look to see why. The biggest problem in this deck is lack of mana and ramp. It started at around 31ish, so it takes a while to play my commander and other higher cost cards. I ended up adding 12 or so mana sources and ramp.

One of my favorite sources on how to better construct a deck is (https://www.mtggoldfish.com/articles/the-power-of-a-deckbuilding-checklist-commander-quickie), and even though its not at a good mana source goal of 50, I think its leagues ahead of what it originally was.
