Let me preface this by saying that my favorite Batman villain of all time is hands down The Scarecrow. That being said, what way better to honor an awesome villain than to make an EDH deck around something Scarecrow uses most often: Fear!

This deck works around changelings and their ability to be every creature type, and basically work like slivers (with the added benefit of not being slivers (I hate slivers with an extreme passion, isnt that right Doom_of_Valyria?)).

This is also built on a budget, but I fully plan on putting some money into it over time.

Any suggestions or advice are greatly appreciated.
