If you have the budget, I’d definitely recommend running something like Stomping Groundfoil or Wooded Foothills over Rugged Highlands or Gruul Turf. It’ll improve speed and consistency and help filter subsequent draws. The faux duals are too slow or have other drawbacks.

On topic of the thread:

Assuming that The Boulder Feels Conflicted... is the deck you are talking about the curve seems fine for a casual deck and your land+ramp total is about where I would run it. It seems that the major breakpoint you are trying to hit is 4 mana by turn 4 and with your current count you will have a mixture of at least 4 ramp/lands 88% of the time on turn 4. Some of the time that fourth source is going to be ramp drawn on turn 4 and you won't actually have the 4 mana available, so call it 75% success. With proper mulliganing you can bring that above 90%.

Personally I would actually cut back a few lands since I don't like running over 36, but replace them with ramp and it will keep the land+ramp total the same. Some of your lands are slow I would probably remove 4-5 lands replace them with 2 mana ramp. I would probably cut Game Trail, Riveteers Overlook, Rugged Highlands, Savage Lands, and Twisted Landscape. They would be replaced with Talismans (Talisman of Indulgence etc.) Three Visits and Nature's Lore. If you didn't want to go to 35 lands pick any 4 of the suggestions and put a Cinder Glade in would be my suggestion.

I think Temple of Abandon is better than Rugged Highlands. Getting your combo piece a turn earlier is better than +1 life.

This deck looks pretty good, but it does seem a little colored mana heavy. I would recommend switching in more lands that tap for all your colors. For example, I would remove the Rugged Highlands for a Savage Lands instead. In terms of ramp, I wouldn't go for things like Mox Tantalite but rather Burnished Hart or Sakura-Tribe Elder which synergize better with your commander. I've made a combo deck with Sek'kuar as well, and mana dorks always do well: lots of value early game, and can be sac'd for cheap value when drawn later.

Hey, nice version, but the manabase hasn't been as upgraded as much as the rest of the deck, you forgot Command Tower.

Because you have Avacyn, Angel of Hope and Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger do you really need lots of other big creatures? Most creature board wipes are good with Eggs because even if Atla will die to the wipe she will trigger for each Egg that also dies. All your opponents creatures die and you're left with a battlefield of creatures from Eggs. Avacyn and Ulamog have indestructible making them survive board wipes that destroy or do damage.

Vanquish the Horde and Blasphemous Act are powerful creature board wipes in multiplayer Commander because they care about the number of all creatures from all players on the battlefield. Wrath of God and Day of Judgment are the traditional four mana ones and Austere Command is very versatile. Fanatical Devotion is a nice budget sac outlet for Eggs since it can protect Atla from most board wipes.

Consider more ramps sources especially two drop or less ramp that's not creatures can help with Atla?

The manabase here has a few good lands (Mesa, Orchard, Glade, Shrine, Panorama), but most are subpar for much lower budget decks. Temple of the False God is a not a good land; my advice is cut it from all your decks even decks with green which have land ramp. Needing five lands just for Temple to be able to make mana isn't worth it. The Life lands such as Blossoming Sands, etc. are lackluster since 1 life gain is not worth the land always ETB tapped. If you're on a budget for lands then consider these for upgrades?

Some cards to consider cutting:

Good luck with your deck.

You're welcome. No reason to remove your deck from the budget category since any Commander deck less than $200 really is consider budget. Your deck is still budget especially the manabase since you're playing Gruul Guildgate and Rugged Highlands, etc.

Adding the expensive price Gruul dual lands (Stomping, Spire, Karplusan, Burnwillows, Fire-Lit, Cragcrown, Rootbound, Rockfall) would help to take your deck away from budget. Honestly, adding a few of the better Gruul lands for the price of Door of Destinies and Metallic Mimic would improve your deck more than what these cards would do.

Some advice if on a budget is don't completely neglect the manabase in favor of adding other expensive price cards. That's a balancing act to make and a question to ask yourself; "What expensive price cards are not needed as much as the others that could be cut so I can improve the manabase?"

The only reason to not play Coat of Arms over Door is if you're expecting other tribal decks, not just Werewolves, any tribal since Coat counts all players tribal creatures. Coat is a vastly superior anthem effect for tribal than Door since the turn you drop Coat your creatures are getting a potentially major anthem effect. In Gruul Shared Animosity is the closest budget similar effect to Coat for tribal and it only affects your attacking creatures.

Lifelands ( Bloodfell Caves , Jungle Hollow , Rugged Highlands ) are just bad. Use any pathways or temples you have, then 4x Fabled Passage (you'll use this in enough decks that it's worth crafting) and the rest basics if you don't want MDFCs.

Cultivate over Tangled Florahedron.

Smashing Success is pretty bad. Even in a deck with some minor land destruction themes, it's just not good. Use that slot on some kind of removal for problem creatures.

Thank you both very much for you input! I went to my local card shop and made a few more changes to my deck. I had Neoform already, and took it out cause I didn't think it would gel, I appreciate you pointing that out to me.

These are all the changes I made:

Glimpse of Freedom ---> Brainstorm

Armory of Iroas ---> Solemn Simulacrum

Gruul Guildgate ---> Cragcrown Pathway  Flip

Khalni Garden ---> Riverglide Pathway  Flip

Rugged Highlands ---> Barkchannel Pathway  Flip

Hamletback Goliath ---> Mana Reflection

Temple of the False God ---> Glasspool Mimic  Flip

Seer's Lantern ---> Kodama's Reach

Wall of Runes ---> Llanowar Elves

Neoform ---> Burnished Hart

Replacing Burnished Hart is more so because it's a very curvy holo that sticks out in my deck too much, and drives me crazy lol.
