Ulasht deck geared a bit more towards janky combo wincons. I built it on MTGO about 5 years ago and finally built it in paper within the last year. This deck isn't super competitive though fun to play. The plan is R/G aggro until you find a value engine which you can abuse.

Skullclamp/Fecundity with Ashnod's Altar/Utopia Mycon and Saproling Cluster = draw your deck

There is also a Nim Deathmantle

Scythe of the Wretched with Ulasht, the Hate Seed can do some silly things, especially with a sac outlet. You can steal creatures, reanimate your own, "refresh" Ulasht's counters, protect your dudes from a wrath, etc...Siege-Gang Commander can fill Ulast's roll in a few combos with scythe.

Anger, Lightning Greaves and Ogre Battledriver are great with Cryptolith Rite on the field. They help enable some combos in their own right.

Cloudstone Curio or Temur Sabertooth refresh Ulasht or ETB triggers.

A number of creatures are only in the deck because they are both red and green and give 2 counters to Ulasht. Vexing Shusher Tana, the Bloodsower and Boartusk Liege come to mind.
