I have made several changes to this deck, as follows:

I replaced Vithian Renegades with Reclamation Sage, because the latter creature is more versatile.

I have replaced Vedalken Orrery with Tidal Barracuda, which is one less card that shall synergize with Wandering Mind but one more card that shall synergize with Riku, himself.

I have replaced Clout of the Dominus, Favor of the Overbeing, and Runes of the Deus with Galvanic Iteration, Regrowth, and Rite of Replication, since the auras did not match the theme of this deck, but the new cards most certainly do. I had contemplated putting Flame of Anor in this deck, but the deck contains only two wizards: Riku himself and Dualcaster Mage, so that card would not work well in this deck, and I also very much wished to put See Double in this deck, as well, but the fact that that spell cannot be copied reduces its potential synergy with this deck's strategy.

Amazingly, the average converted mana cost of this deck remained the same at 3.82, but the color distribution is now slightly different.

I have replaced Temur Ascendancy and Deus of Calamity with Thought Vessel and Vithian Renegades, which lowered the average converted mana cost of this deck from 3.98 to 3.94. As much as I liked those two cards, I did not have a sufficient number of creatures with power 4 or greater to justify the ascendancy and the deus's land-destroying ability could annoy my opponents, and the additional source of mana will be nice, as well.

Personally I think the extra power of Vithian Renegades makes it better than Reclamation Sage, bit depends how many enchantments your local meta has tbh.

Tin Street Hooligan can be cast for 2, but then he’s just a 2/1… feels like it’s always better to just wait-out until a 3rd land arrives so he at least does something.

Thanks again for your input. I ended up now making a compromise between your feedback and how I think I want it. I can then playtest it to see what works better.

Put in a card order of 4x of all the cards you mentioned. XD

Is it stupid to replace all Vithian Renegades with Reclamation Sage? I like the flexibility of Sage, but I feel like I lose a lot of muscle by not having the renegades 3/2 opposed to Sage's 2/1. Should I keep Sages in sideboard?

The reason I kept the Tin Street Hooligan is because of the 2cmc. As you pointed out, my land base is low, so it feels more efficient to have them.

Also, maybe we could take a page from the 5-Color humans playbook and add a Vithian Renegades to the SB as tutorable artifact hate. Just a thought.

since you're running BOPs, maybe Gavony Township as a 1-of (i know you dont want many non-colored mana sources, but it could be another mana dump if youre stuck with some jank hand). Here's the changes i'd make:

-4 Rancor (love it, but begs to get 2-for-1'd, when most of your creatures are bolt-able and have no evasion or protection, otherwise and it makes BOP into an actual real creature late game), -1 Forest, +1 CoCo, +1 Kird Ape, +1 Gavony Township, +1 Dryad Arbor, +1 Loam Lion.

For SB options, i like Stony Silence, Ancient Grudge, and Smash to Smithereens (in that order) better than Nature's Claim. hell, i even like Naturalize or Disenchant better, tbh. i dont think 2 mana is out of the question. since you are playing a zoo variation, you arent likely to slam a bunch of 5+ power creatures at the opponent at once, so the 4 life gain might actually matter. idk. personal preference, i suppose. it is nice to have some enchantment removal as well in case of bogles, but that kind of depends on the meta.

With CoCo in your deck, your sideboard could be open to more tech creatures, instead of some of the spells/enchantments. like Spellskite for bogles, Vithian Renegades, War Priest of Thune, Reclamation Sage, and Viridian Shaman for artifact/enchantment hate, Lantern Scout, Kor Firewalker, or Lone Missionary for burn hate. or generally a bunch of random hatebears and miscellaneous stuff to cover your bases like Harsh Mentor, Loxodon Smiter, Tunnel Ignus, Aegis of the Gods, Hushwing Gryff, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Thalia, Heretic Cathar, Burrenton Forge-Tender, Qasali Pridemage, Spirit of the Labyrinth, Gaddock Teeg... Basically whatever your meta has a ton of going on, theres a creature version to hate on it. I'm a big fan of Rest in Peace because it totally bones a handful of decks, but if you're firing off Collected Companys, with your SB hate lost in your deck somewhere, you stand a much better chance of pulling it out, than if it were an enchantment.

Just some suggestions. love zoo. like the idea youve got with the dino and god in there. seems cool. +1
