First commander deck! Well, aside from the pre-cons I have purchased this is the first one I have built.

My love for tokens came to fruition from a fun combo I found during my first game of magic: Overwhelming Stampede and Howl of the Night Pack . Since then every deck I have built has had a token theme.

With this as my fort commander/ EDH deck I decided to use Rith, the Awakener because it gave me access to red, allowing me to use cards like Warstorm Surge and Purphoros, God of the Forge to deal direct damage when playing my massive amounts of tokens. This also allowed me to have access to more variety of tokens and I began to focus on that part way through. I have some 16 different tokens here.

This deck is a year or so old now and since its completion I have built other decks, more CONSISTENT decks, and now I am looking back at this one with some nostalgia and am wanting to fine tune it some more. It typically is a little sluggish out the gate as the average CMC for each card is rather high. That led me to throw in nearly every dual I could think of to try and ease out those bumps. But if there is a way to make this more consistent with a mana base with less duals I'd love to see it, as well as making it more consistent over all.

Any and all help is much appreciated!
