My most recent version of Rakdos, Lord of Riots EDH. This is the most consistent build I have tested thus far. While the ability to have Rakdos out consistently by turn 4 is still there, the deck also takes advantage of cards such as Vedalken Orrery and Winding Canyons to get your general and/or some fatties on board on your opponents turns. Another focus is granting haste with cards like Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots to creatures like Heartless Hidetsugu and Tree of Perdition to heavily decrease your opponents life totals.
