This deck is a budget limited tribal vampires themed deck. Olivia aims to control the board through stealing creatures and pumping them while they are vampires and can also be won with its voltron elements. The deck has been play tested against much more expensive decks ($600+ range) and is competitive in casual games.

The rules of the budget acquisition is that no card can cost me more than $10 to acquire which can be accomplished by finding good prices on the cards or by just using cheaper mostly equivalent cards.

This deck began as a successful experiment in which I built a limited EDH deck from the box I pulled Olivia. The deck won in a casual group environment with $600 decks in play eventually leading to this designed version of the deck.
