This deck can be tricky, but i think i found the right ratio of creatures to pop Mayael at least 4/5ths of the time. Use the mana ramp to get CMDR out by turn 4 so you can pop the ability turn 5. Use the artifacts the untap Mayael and cheat out as many as you can.

Combo Mayael with Deceiver of Form to sort through the deck to make sure you have a correct hit everytime.
