Punny names aside (hot dogs, weenies, yada yada), I figured this would be an interesting self-imposed challenge to take. The list is super budget, and every creature falls under Sidar's static ability, except our friend Reveillark, of course (and Hanweir, the Writhing Township, technically). With 5 being the highest mana cost in the deck, except Treasure Cruise, which will never be cast for 8, and a decent amount of non-rock ramp, it can afford to run a mere 36 lands. I also decided to set up 2 separate player-counter based sub themes in the form of Infect and Energy. Boo, hiss, jeer, Infect, I know. But since I'm not running black, and the list is budget, I lose out on the best Infectors in the form of Skittles and Inkmoth, plus all the creatures are small enough that they, or I, can be dealt with before anyone gets poisoned out. The Energy theme is completely set up to have fun with Lightning Runner, with Whirler Virtuoso being a decent backup strat. Either way, here's the list, and any feedback is appreciated, as long as recommended cards keep with the budget theme.
