Value town, population: Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge. Take the best cards from your opponents' decks and beat them with it. See an artifact you like? Dack Fayden'll steal that for you. Creature causing you pain? Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker and Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver have got you covered. Praetor's Grasp is a catch all that at least will usually net you information and a Sol Ring. Twincast, Reverberate, and the like net you value off the spell cast by others, or act as protection from counters to your bombs. Stall the board, take good cards, and finish the game with everyone else's threats. Otherwise, Past in Flames, combined with cantrips, will cast into Mind's Desire storm count 15 with Guttersnipe and/or Sphinx-Bone Wand for a very quick kill. The whole way through the game, cast Jeleva to cheat in to your huge spells quick and take value off the opponent's library. Ramp with Oblivion Sower after several Jeleva casts to take 6+ lands. Chromatic Lantern for colors.
