What could be more fun for a despotic madman than for his subjects to murder each other. Wheels maximize the fun, but aren't the main schtick of the deck. This Nekusar wants to put up a few rattlesnakes and walls and give incentives for opponents to attack each other. There is a curse package to punish the player who attacks you, or for eliminating the final player from the game with Curse of Thirst. My favorite cards here however are the bloody deals Nekusar offers to bait opponents into lowering their life points:
