Lots of draw = lots of locusts. I know the deck isn't listed as competitive or expensive, but it does really well in games. It's very easy to get the draw engine going and winning quickly after. Whether you swing in with a ton of locusts, or you reduce your opponents' life to 0 simply by locusts entering the battlefield (Purphuros, impact tremors), it's a good deck.
