Started off with the new Daxos deck as a base, then added and subtracted until I was happy with the deck thematically.

Play political, tax your opponents fairly and equally rather than targeting a single person, and barter favors using your anti-boardwipes.

Originally this deck was designed with even more mana ramp, but all the Cabal-themed cards should suffice. I also took out bigger damage-dealing cards as well as spells that would make me a target.

This deck suits the more passive player rather than an aggressive one.
