A fairly simple design with a simple goal that boarders on cEDH viability.

Turn 1: Cast a mana dork (Birds of Paradise, Llanowar Elves)

Turn 2: Cast a ramp spell (Cultivate, Rampant Growth)

Turn 3: Cast Chulane. Cast all the 0-cost and X-cost creatures (for 0) in your hand to filter but SAVE ONE X-COST CREATURE.

Note: At this point you're trying to filter through your deck as much as possible. The two cards you need in your hand and need to have enough mana to play are any one X-cost creature and Enduring Renewal. You might be able to pull this off on turn three but if you can't, go to...

Turn 4: With Chulane on the board, cast Enduring Renewal - if it sticks, cast an X-cost creature for zero. The creature triggers Chulane (draw a card, play a land) and then goes back to your hand with Enduring Renewal. Repeat until you've drawn Laboratory Maniac and cast him. Use your loop to draw the rest of your deck. Be ready with counterspells when your opponents try to stop you!
