This is an EXTREMELY rough cut of a deck based around a combo idea I had for Underworld Breach when trying to create a budget version of the already discussed Lion's Eye Diamond and Wheel of Fortune plan.

The essential pieces of the combo are Underworld Breach , Lotus Petal , Brain Freeze , and any one of Seething Song , Desperate Ritual , or Pyretic Ritual . Without cost reducers, Seething Song will be mana positive through every iteration, while the other rituals will only cover the cost of the spells. However, any mana reduction card like Mizzix or Baral will turn the combo mana positive and give you access to casting the cards you're milling if necessary. Lotus Petal gives you the you need for Brain Freeze, though Prismite can filter your red mana if you're in a mana positive version of the loop and haven't found your Petal.

The goal is to mill your entire library and cast Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac with a cantrip, or if your storm count is high enough you can mill out the entire table or switch to Grapeshot .

I decided to put the combo into an interaction heavy deck, whose utility cards like Ral, Storm Conduit turn into win conditions if you've assembled them before your combo.
