Introducing, Budget Mono-Red Goblin Storm, starring Zada, Hedron Grinder.

Zada, Hedron Grinder is a relatively obscure commander. The goal of the deck is three-fold:
  1. Acquire a ton of creatures, either through tokens or casting them

  2. Generate a ton of mana, either through rituals or mana accelerators

  3. Cast a ton of cheap spells that target Zada, and copy that spell for each creature you control

You can achieve these goals through multiple different methods.

Tokens

Since this is a Goblin deck, all of the best token producers are in here, like:

Mana

Since Zada is mono-red, one of the inherent limitations is mana. Not to worry though, I made sure to pack this deck full of rituals, mana rocks, and mana-producing creatures. Brightstone Ritual is an excellent card in this deck because you already plan to swarm the field with goblins, why not take advantage of it? Battle Hymn and Inner Fire are similar, as both generate mana based on card advantage, and both are extremely good in this deck. In a multiplayer game, Mana Geyser generates just a ridiculous amount of mana, enough to basically end the game on the spot. Also, you can splice Desperate Ritual with either Overblaze or Blazing Shoal to generate 3 red mana for each creature you control by targeting Zada. All of the generic mana rock's are in here, like Sol Ring, Ruby Medallion, and Pyromancer's Goggles, with an appearance from Mana Flare as your mana doubler. The mana-producing creatures are all-stars in this deck, like Skirk Prospector, Runaway Steam-Kin, and Treasonous Ogre. All three of these generate an obscene amount of mana.

The Draw Package

Draw power is an important aspect of EDH, even more so to mono-red, which doesn't have access to blue or black draw spells. In order to stay as consistent as possible, a large number of draw spells are shoved in here. The draw spells are split into two categories: the cantrips and looters. The cantrips are the low cmc red spells that target and also draw a card, so by targeting Zada you can draw cards equal to the number of creatures you control. These cantrips include spells like Expedite, Crimson Wisps, and Accelerate. The looters draw cards but also force you to discard cards. The looters include spells like Faithless Looting, Tormenting Voice, and Cathartic Reunion. The looters are built to let you draw your cantrips, and because of the massive amount of tokens you can generate your cantrips will draw upwards of 6 cards each time you cast them, which is better than Ancestral Recall. Drawing this many cards for that low a price makes it very hard to lose, and the mana accelerators make sure that you always have the mana to cast those cards you draw and close out the game.

There are four different routes you can take, and because of the draw power of this deck you can always draw into at least one of your win conditions.
  1. Dualcaster Mage + Twinflame or Dualcaster Mage + Heat Shimmer = Infinite Hasty Bois

  2. Storm out with your spells and use Aetherflux Reservoir to face-laser your opponents.

  3. Generating a metric ton of burn damage, either through casting Fireball for 43, which is entirely possible, or swarm the field with creatures and let Impact Tremors incinerate your opponent's faces.

  4. Cast your cantrip buff spells, like Reckless Charge or Blazing Shoal, and target Zada while you have a huge board of creatures. Turn sideways for massive damage.

Drop a +1 if you enjoyed and want me to try building some other commander decks. I've got a good Muldrotha one in the works, and I would love to share it with you guys. That's all, and thanks!
