So this is an attempt at building with the new commander 2017 set. The idea is to never play Inalla and just use her command zone affects with ETB wizards to disrupt my opponents. I have cards on the way and hopefully will have the deck in hand by Friday, but this is what I have thus far. I'm open to suggestions so let me know what you all think.
