Vish Kal is my favorite deck and most competitive deck. i have put more effort and money into him than all of my other decks. As a result I believe I have created a deck that can consistently combo out for the win or win via lethal combat damage.

First things first, how in the world do you have a 7 cmc commander in B/W? It can be very challenging to reach 7 mana to cast Vish Kal at all. This deck is packed with as much land ramp, card draw and tutor as it possibly can be. For land ramp there are a few creatures(Burnished Hart, Wildfield Scarecrow and Sad Robot) that can search for lands and can be recycled for more with the some of the graveyard tech, but I'll talk about that later. Crypt Ghast is another creature who can act as a mana doubler for swamps, and Corpse Augur is a creature for card draw who can also be abused with recursion. Artifacts are another land ramp tool in Vish Kal's list, Sol Ring and Gilded Lotus are mana rocks. Expedition map is also a land tutor that can search for big lands like Temple of the False Gods. Since the deck has black we do have access to some good card draw. Read the Bones, Phyrexian Arena, Sign in Blood and as previously mentioned Corpse Augur are all fantastic.

While you ramp out lands and draw extra cards, your opponents won't just be sitting back watching the show. There going to be trying to build their boards up to kill you. Luckily for you Vish Kal has a suite of removal both single and mass. Anguished Unmaking and Utter End are perfect for removing literally anything besides lands. Swords to Plowshares and Tragic slip can take down creatures. Darksteel mutation can paralyze a commander or creature. Toxic Deluge, Merciless Eviction, Living Death, Magister of Worth can all wipe the board. Dictate of Erebos and Sheoldred, Whispering One can bleed your opponents of their creatures. Vish Kal himself can also provide removal by taking off his +1/+1 counters. [Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter + Mikaeus the Unhallowed} create an endless cycle of removing counters and giving creatures -1/-1. Mikaeus gives Vish Kal undying, so he comes back with a +1/+1 counter when he dies. Vish Kal sacrifices himself to himself and returns with a counter. You take that counter off and give something -1/-1. Rinse and repeat until everything is dead. (Vish Kal's sacrifice ability also makes him impossible to steal or paralyze with enchantments like Darksteel Mutation, you can always respond by sacing him.)

Now that you've built a bit of a board state and you have some mana to work with let's talk about how this deck wins. I guarantee that you'll be able to find a way to win with Vish Kal, if not through one of the many tutors (Demonic Tutor, Sidsi, and Increasing Ambition) then simply by dealing commander damage with Vish Kal who can be buffed by whatever creatures you have on the board with him.

Winning Card Combinations.

[Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter + Hatred] Pay at a minimum 16 life to boost Vish Kal to 21/5 and kill an opponent will gaining 5 extra life. This card is prefect for a sneaky win, leave five mana open and swing. They decide to let him through and bam they're dead.

[Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter + Serra's Avatar] As long as you have 16 life, sacrificing the Avatar onto Vish Kal puts you in commander damage territory. At the very least you have a huge lifelink blocker to build you life back up.

[Vish Kal, Blood ARbiter + Mikaeus the Unhallowed + Blood Artist] As explained before Vish Kal can kill himself and return infinitely with Mikaeus to wipe the board but with the addition of Blood Artist Vish Kal's suicide will drain opponents of life.

[Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood + any life gain or opponent life lose] This one is pretty well known but if you gain any life while these two are on the field or your opponent loses any life then these enchantments trigger off each other and drain opponents of their life.

[Aetherflux Reservoir] This is less of a combo more of an instant kill, as long as you have more than 50 life you should be able to win a 1v1. Multiplayer this strategy is less viable but with [Aetherflux REservoir + Exquisite Blood] Each time you deal 50 you gain it all back and can chain kill the table.
