Merfolk Tribal deck for fun.

I wanted to make a Thrasios deck, but didn’t want the power level to be cEDH. I am looking to keep it 6-8 power level. I’m looking for any tips or suggestions on the makeup or upgrades for the deck (reasonable...obviously a tropical island would be an upgrade).
