Hey, thank you very much for your suggestions.

I always liked Coat of Arms especially in tribal decks like this. But the meta in my playgroup is very tribal heavy and therefore i don't want to use it. Even the non tribal decks Play a lot of token synergie which benefit more than my merfolk deck from it.

True-Name Nemesis is a great Idea. Im gonna test it to see wether ist worth ist Price for me :D

Coralhelm Commander was in my deck before but got replaced with Merfolk Mistbinder. I found it quite slow compared to the Mistbinder and my goal is to win as fast as possible since my lategame is not that strong.

I've had card draw spells like the Blue Sun's Zenith or Mind Spring in my deck before but i liked the idea of putting more merfolk who could tap to draw Cards more than pure draw spells.

Clever Impersonator could be replaced with Rite of Replication. Definitetly gonna try it out!

I appreciate your suggestions. Coat of Arms is in the list. You must've just missed it. I'm not sold on Coralhelm Commander. The input required to get him to lord status is substantial. Flying is appreciated, but plenty of islandwalk in the list makes it underwhelming. Cryptoplasm is interesting, as not getting a lord ability or the like right when you play him is a sure miss, but it's also very versatile. I could see an argument for it. Clever Impersonator is awesome; must've just forgot. And Adaptive Automaton would just be the weakest lord in a deck very saturated with them, but I'm starting to think it would be better than Metallic Mimic, which is terrible late game.

Those are my thoughts regarding your suggestions. Do you have any recommendations for cuts?

I'm not a fan of Curious Obsession- with so many 'sacrifice' one drop fliers, its difficult to consistantly stick and get value from.

Have you considered Cloudfin Raptor, Biomass Mutation, Coralhelm Commander Kira, Great Glass-Spinner Nightveil Specter Spellstutter Sprite Sprite Noble or Wind Zendikon? Additionaly, a couple of utility lands won't negatively impact Tempest Djinn too much, and can help smooth things out a lot.

Ik denk dat je sowieso naar meer creatures (merfolk) moet gaan. 19 creatures is echt te weinig voor een tribal deck. 30-35 creatures is een beetje de richting die je op zou moeten gaan.

Tips (Ook wat slechtere tips maar om het een beetje budget te houden):Voor untap: Intellectual Offering, Breaking Wave, Retreat to Coralhelm, Quest for Renewal, Merrow Commerce, Dramatic Reversal, Curse of Bounty, Benefactor's Draught (Kan ook tussen opponent's combat!)

Voor creatures:Deepchannel Mentor, Merrow Harbinger, Riverwise Augur, Seafloor Oracle, Surgespanner, Tempest Caller, Tidal Courier, Fallowsage, Drowner of Secrets, Jungleborn Pioneer, Merfolk Sovereign (Lord), Merrow Reejerey (Lord), Stonybrook Banneret, Lord of Atlantis(Lord), Master of the Pearl Trident (Lord), Merfolk Mistbinder (Lord), Coralhelm Commander (lord)

Qua versnelling, ik zag je van de week al Urban Evolution spelen, met alle exploration is dat prima acceleration in dit deck.

dan kan je ook gaan denken aan Explore, Enter the Unknown, Path of Discovery, Summer Bloom, Rites of Flourishing. ik weet niet of je Kiora, the Crashing Wave had maar dat is ook wel een goede voor in dit deck. Hou er wel rekening mee dat het dan een goed idee is om 38 a 40 land te gaan spelen voor een hogere pakkans. Landjes met cycling zorgen er dan weer voor dat je niet te veel land op hand houdt.

Mana curve needs work. Seriously consider adding green for Kumena's Speaker, Cold-Eyed Selkie, Deeproot Elite, Forerunner of the Heralds, Jadelight Ranger, Kumena, Tyrant of Orazca (once it rotates out of standard and prices drop), maybe Merfolk Branchwalker, Merfolk Mistbinder, and Vineshaper Mystic.

Other nongreen cards that are cool include Aquitect's Will, Coralhelm Commander, maybe Enclave Cryptologist (little too slow?), Reef Shaman, Seafloor Oracle, Silvergill Adept, and Tidal Warrior.

Good stuff. Looks like a good mix of control and big creatures. Here's some thoughts.

Coralhelm Commander- cost 7 mana to make a 4/4 flyer that pumps merfolk by 1. You could do the same in enchantment form for 3 mana with Gaea's Anthem.

Jadelight Ranger provides card selection, but I think you can get more value in top deck manipulation from Sensei's Divining Top.

Master of Waves seems to operate on his own and does not synergize well with any other cards. Bident of Thassa may assist with the card draw game that you are playing.

Lifecrafter's Bestiary seems like a good addition. Harmonize might be a good cut. It is valuable but you have so many ways to draw cards, that one time card draw might not be needed.

Ramp it up some. Casting one or two merfolk a turn is going to be too slow. You'll need to spend early game ramping and controlling the game. Mid game you should be setting up your enchantments and artifacts that pump things. Late game you drop a ton of merfolk and swing for the win. One or two merfolk at a time will be susceptible to board wipes and removal that will just happen organically during the game. Thran Dynamo, Awakening Zone, Explosive Vegetation, and Skyshroud Claim can help get a ton of mana going in the early to mid game.
