EDIT JULY 16 2019: This deck has been RETIRED. I did get an occasional win with it (it does tend to punch "above it's weight") but as the meta of deck power is slowly rising at my LGS, this deck just can't compete in 4-player unless it gets ignored by the more powerful deck players for just one turn too long -- as has happened in its past two outings, both of which it won, to my surprise. Still, it's not worth saving in my judgement. I will leave deck list this up for reference, but it has already been disassembled in order for many of the cards to be used under a new Commander, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker in what will become Deck 10-A. Brewing underway! -- -- --

Began as the 2014 pre-constructed mono-red Commander deck "Built From Scratch" (which I purchased that year). I tried to make the Planeswalker Daretti, Scrap Savant work as the Commander, but was never happy with it. My opponents would work together to attack/remove it from the battlefield, justifiably concerned about it's ultimate and resultant Emblem. After a few months of this, I swapped it in the 99 with Feldon of the Third Path as the new Commander, which it has been since.

There is, of course, much more dependency upon getting creatures into the graveyard so that Feldon can bring token copies into play. Here, Sundial of the Infinite makes a great difference in how the deck runs. With the Sundial, token creatures no longer need be removed "at the beginning of the next end step" as activating the Sundial ends the turn with the sacrifice trigger going unused as the turn immediately ends.

Over a third of the 99 cards are Artifacts, and they work well with the Red ones here. I'm always looking for better "enter the battlefield" and going to the graveyard triggers for Creatures. So far, this deck is the most Casual deck I've posted.

This deck does sometimes "punch above its weight" and win against the 75% power decks usually played in my play group, and far more often than perhaps it should. When low-power decks are being played by my opponents, this is usually the deck I select to play.

"The forge yields weapons of steel, but blades need not be their only form." -- Ashorn Oakenshield, Grandmaster Artificer of the Order of Khandye

This is the 10th of 15 Commander decks I have posted here.
