Creature — Goblin Warrior
Whenever you cast a spell, if that spell was kicked, Bloodstone Goblin gets +1/+1 and gains menace until end of turn. (It can't be blocked except by two or more creatures.)

Mogg Fanatic / Bloodstone Goblin / Goblin Spelunkers / Skirk Prospector / Spikeshot Goblin / Taurean Mauler / Pulse of the Forge / Radiating Lightning / Burning Wish / Seismic Shift / Grand Melee / Impact Tremors / Trove of Temptation
Cut these creatures and spells as soon as possible, none of them improve the Voltron wincon. You've got a lot of filler in here, I stopped adding cuts because it really depends how far you want to take this deck as well as what you'd budget for it. Mono red likes ramp, I'd recommend adding the mana doublers Gauntlet of Might / Gauntlet of Power and Caged Sun as well as some rocks Sol Ring and others. From your maybe board I'd include Goblin King / Blood Moon / Daretti, Scrap Savant and a few others. Mono red voltron is going to rely on you ramping up harder and controlling your opponents by destroying artifacts and land so Shattering Spree / Volcanic Offering / Incendiary Command / Mizzium Mortars / Fissure Vent/ Structural Distortion are all cards i'd recommend. Hope this helps, like I said it all depends on how far you want to take it but there are plenty of mono red staples that you don't have in here that would work well with a voltron build.

Looks interesting... Maybe your collection is growing and you've yet to have acquired all the cards, but I'd definitely start with playing all the cards with kicker in the colors of Hallar. Consider a saproling sub-theme to stay cost-effective and create more synergy.
It seems like you are working with a budget, so I'll avoid suggesting things like Carnage Tyrant, because I think there are still cheap includes that increase the power/speed of this deck.
You might consider adding these SUPER budget cards. These will be better filler and combo with your +1/+1 counter theme:Arbor ArmamentCultivator's CaravanDurable HandicraftEnter the UnknownGrand Warlord RadhaLifecrafter's GiftMaulfist RevolutionaryNew HorizonsPath of DiscoveryRidgescale Tusker

Ya, pretty much what LittleBlueHero said, although there are archetypes across all ten color pairs. I think the draft uncommons are
: Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage for historic
: Slimefoot, the Stowaway for sacrifice/saprolings
: Shanna, Sisay’s Legacy for go wide and tall at the same time
: Tatyova, Benthic Druid for lands matters. although lands matter doesn't have much support for that as a theme, so probably more of a ramp archetype
: Arvad the Cursed? Maybe it's legends matter here, as well as go wide. I think WB has more uncommon legends than the other colors
The other color pairs have some stuff too.
: Adeliz, the Cinder Wind and Wizards as a whole is a pretty clear archetype here.
: Garna, the Bloodflame I guess? Not sure what the archetype for this is, maybe it's meant for the GB aristocrats deck if you want to go Jund?
: Rona, Disciple of Gix is... historic I guess? I think this too is for if you're playing UW Historic and want to go Esper
: Tiana, Ship's Caretaker is Equipment and auras. A good amount of support between this, Valduk, Keeper of the Flame, Champion of the Flame, Danitha Capashen, Paragon, etc. Also Orcish Vandal seems pretty good with Tiana

Oh wait! There are a lot of new goblin cards and reprints coming out in Dominaria such as Goblin Warchief, Bloodstone Goblin, Goblin Chainwhirler, Siege-Gang Commander, and Squee, the Immortal just to name a few, so these will all be legal in Modern really soon if you want to try some playtesting.
