At the beginning of your upkeep, put a +1/+1 counter on enchanted creature if it attacked or blocked since your last upkeep. Otherwise, remove a +1/+1 counter from it.

A few suggestions:

Remove

Zendikar Resurgent is great, but I'm not sure it works with what you're trying to do here.

Triumph of Ferocity seems situational, you're probably better off having something like Harmonize

Shape of the Wiitigo is quite expensive for what it does

Primeval Bounty expensive card for what it does

Primal Vigorchances of you casting this, then passing and letting your opponents use it first are high, imo.

Death's Presence you don't have that many creature to benefit from this.

Ashling the Pilgrim seems like a weak board wipe. Might be okay, though, but expensive.

Jugan, the Rising Star is just kinda bad, and you can do better for 6 aman

Rage Forger1 damage across 2-3 creatures won't make a big difference, even if it's across a few turns.

Soul's Might I don't think this is good.

Boundless Realms you need cheaper mana sources. You should add Rampant Growth and other cheap ramp. And Kodama's Reach

Additions

Zhur-Taa Druid Rampant Growth Kodama's Reach 2 Forest 2 Mountain would be my suggestions for a bit more ramp to give you the nudge in mana to cast the kickers.

Verduran Emissary Scrounging Bandar Keldon Overseer Fungal Behemoth Citanul Woodreaders Burst Lightning seem okay, but work nicely with what you're trying to do. Maximising on kicker is the way to go, imo.

Rishkar's Expertise goes in almost every green deck. It's crazy good, especially with a giant commander.

Trying to win as fast as possible. Shape of the Wiitigo and Death's Presence are good, but I don't see putting them in. Too high cmc.

Why Crux of Fate over other board wipe options? Also how good is Skullclamp and Shape of the Wiitigo in this deck and how often do you trigger Hunger of the Howlpack?

I've always wanted to build a Skullbriar deck, and I love counters! You want suggestions? I got suggestions!

For starters, 34 lands is a little low I think, so here's some ramp spells that play into your theme: Ordeal of Nylea, Map the Wastes, and New Horizons . Also Path of Discovery, which isn't exactly ramp but is sweet all the same.

Want more counters? Nissa, Voice of Zendikar will put one on all your dudes! And she's not a $20 card any more, or even close to it. How about some more Auras? Check out Sadistic Glee and Shape of the Wiitigo. Gigantiform gives Skullbriar +7/+7 and trample, no matter how many counters are on him. Or maybe you'd like to use Fallen Ideal to just fly over the blockers instead of crashing through them.

Monogreen casual Timmy decks always bring me back to my first few years of playing Magic. Reminds me of my favorite combo of Protean Hydra (my first mythic rare ever) and Shape of the Wiitigo. Good times.

Depending on how much you emphasize Arbor Elf + Wild Growth/Overgrowth, Mungha Wurm could be a pretty great midrange drop.

I also have to recommend Symbiotic Wurm as a nasty classic. Have fun brewing!

Walking Atlas, Nissa's Pilgrimage, Myriad Landscape, Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Explosive Vegetation, Skyshroud Claim and Blanchwood Armor spring to mind. Since all but one help you put out more forests you should replace forests for the cards you choose to use.

And you have 2 copies of Shape of the Wiitigo listed.
