Ok, it's been nearly a year, and I haven't circled back to this, so I'm going to do a final-ish 10 card change, give this deck a stupid name, and just put it in gen pop and update it ad hoc, as I see how it fits into my playgroup.

Ramp (4): Oreskos Explorer, Tempting Contract, Spectral Searchlight, Boreas Charger
Goad (2): Parasitic Impetus, Bloodthirsty Blade (Removing this section entirely)
