Banned Cards

Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and Jeweled Lotus are both obviously banned in this format. This is a deck that I let my kid start to tweak to their liking. Our play group is super casual and they understand letting him play such a ridiculous Eldrazi... so long as it wasn’t going to be the Commander.

The Commander

The mana ramp in this build allows you to cast Ulamog, the Defiler between turn 4 and 6 consistently. Because of that, this deck is very hard to play against since the clock is so short. This is part of the reason why our play group is okay with Emrakul, the Aeons Torn being in the deck. You almost never see it get cast.

From Out of Play

Spawnsire of Ulamog is a really fun Eldrazi. And since this build is centered around mana ramp, if you haven’t already won, I have chosen 30 Reality Smasher’s to keep on hand during game play.

Final Note

If my T/O profile is showing that I have 1 Prototype deck, this would be the one. It is forcing it to be listed as such merely because there are 2 banned cards in the deck-list.
