The 99

Running several death trigger abilities, mostly token producing. The goal is to produce a repeatable loop of sac fodder to feed to one of the decks finishers.

Blasting Station and Altar of Dementia are self contained Sac Outlet's and Finishers.

Or use any of the other decks Sac Outlet's and Finishers, like Altar of the Brood, Blood Artist, or Zulaport Cutthroat.

We are also running some draw engines that work well with our strategy. Tymna, Harvester of Souls, Skullclamp, and Grim Haruspex some of which get much more impressive with Teysa in play.

There is a solid amount of recursion to keep us going. Ravos, Athreos, Sun Titan, Reveillark, Karmic Guide, and Reanimate along with some self recurring guys Nether Traitor and Reassembling Skeleton.

Our removal package can be wicked with Gravepact and Dictate of Erebos, along with some instant speed removal to round it out.

We are running a decent amount of Tutors to get the things we need to assemble a Win Condition.

The Planewalker's add to the token theme as well as other utilitarian aspects.

If all else fails we go the beatdown route with tokens when necessary.

Why didn't I include X/Y card?

Most choices were considered and prioritized due to card CMC. We want to make the early plays and big splashy cards just don't make the cut. We want to try and win early and not get stuck with a handful of cards we can't cast. Cards like Yosei, Kokoshu, and Grave Titan look great in theory but in practice just didn't do enough for the early game and too often comes down late in the game to be as effective as other cards at or near the same cost.
