A fun werewolf tribal deck that uses Samut, Voice of Dissent as the commander. Samut offers us a way to speed up werewolves by giving them all haste. Unfortunately, werewolves don't have a competent legendary to lead a tribal deck so we will have to depend on a human sub-them with Samut.
