Short summary of the deck:

You build an army of 'Noncreature Tokens' too fully utilise your Commander The Third Doctor and other cards that depend on those (e.g. Regal Bunnicorn, Nettlecyst, Thousand Moons Smithy  , ...)

You should be able to win after turn 6-8, then it's the perfect time to cast The Third Doctor (because you risk losing it by casting it directly at turn 4). Most attacks after you have a nice board are quite impactfull, especially with the help of some Combat Tricks (e.g. Second Harvest, Disorder in the Court, Officious Interrogation, ...).

Oh, and a helpfull tip: Don't be afraid to use your artifacts (mostly your Treasure & Clue tokens). Even though you lose them and thus lowering your creatures strength, you'll most likely get them back soon enough!

You can win in 3 different ways:

1. Normal damage done with all your strong creatures
2. Commander Damage
3. Alternate wincon with Mechanized Production
