Looking to create a Meren commander deck, don't know how expensive I want to go with it yet. This type of deck is also pretty new to me so I don't know really where to go with it yet other than having ETB and Death effects, other than that slowly working out combos and win conditions. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Note that the Maybe Board is full of cards that were previously in the deck build and got removed.
