Average Teferi, Temporal Archmage + The Chain Veil combo deck but also with Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter . Not budget, but not top-of-the-line yet. Wins often and isn't much of a threat in multiplayer until it's too late. I need several cards, most of them too expensive to get soon (like Timetwister) and some others I'm about to get (like Mana Crypt).

The spots are getting tight but the deck is getting more and more balanced with each adjustment. Such a fun deck to play, but it requires a lot of thinking. I still need input and ideas, so feel free to help me Brainstorm
