Self-Mill Hogaak deck. Fairly Budget. You want to either fill your graveyard quick with cards like Hermit Druid , Satyr Wayfinder , and Stitcher's Supplier ; or make some tokens quickly with cards like Deep Forest Hermit , Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder , Grismold, the Dreadsower , and Noosegraf Mob . Card draw effects like Life's Legacy , Disciple of Bolas , and Momentous Fall are best used on Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis to draw more than you need so you can strategically discard cards for your game plans.

The deck gets pretty powerful in the late game if you can evade any graveyard hate, since you can use recursions like Victimize , and Genesis . Synergies like The Gitrog Monster + Underrealm Lich are insane if you can get them going.

To finish everything off, you can typically kill people with commander damage or you can use Regrowth and Diabolic Tutor to find Overwhelming Stampede or maybe a Gray Merchant of Asphodel after a Living Death . Additionally you could use Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord and sacrifice Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis to him to keep dealing damage, or use an Altar of Dementia to mill people out if you have enough tokens to summon Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis a few times.
