Since getting back into Magic at the end of 2019, this has been my pride and joy. It's intentionally not as competitive as it can be (there are lots of Elsha cEDH primers on the web), but it is still high-powered (I'd say around 7-8 on a scale of 10). It's all about abusing Elsha's ability to cast nonland, noncreature spells off the top of your library at flash speed. It's gone through a few iterations with it being fairly staxy and controlling for a long time. I wanted to get away from preventing other players from doing things and instead focus on trying to do more/better things. So I took it in the direction of copying. I might look into Thousand-Year Storm, but as it stands now I am very happy with the deck.

Overall, the deck tends to win through strategically surviving while the table takes out each other, and then killing with Commander damage when 1v1/1v2. There is also a Kaervek's Torch to operate as a mana sink to potentially finish off someone late game. This deck is capable of consistently producing vast amounts of mana so being able to Kaervek's someone for X=16 late game is likely going to seal the deal, particularly if copied (often multiple times). At this point I'm fairly happy with the deck and how it performs. If you have any suggestions on more efficient replacements for certain cards in the deck I'm all ears, but the way this deck plays is very satisfying to me and I don't wish to change that too much. My playgroup typically wishes to avoid infinite combos or typical cEDH wincons so, while I acknowledge Etherium Sculptor + Sensei's Divining Top and some form of a Laboratory Maniac effect is a strong and fairly consistent way to win, it's just not the style my playgroup wishes to have.
