Usual elf deck. I love tribal decks and big mana abilities so what better than elves. Play a ton of elves, get a bunch of mana, pump them up, swing, and have a blast.

Marwyn, the Nurturer is my primary commander but Ezuri, Renegade Leader and Eladamri, Korvecdal can be swapped in seamlessly if you want a change of pace. Marwyn is incredibly strong and fast when you can get her out as early as turn 2. From there play the rest of your elves and then when Marwyn is big enough combo out for the win.

Infinite Combos: Several cards in the deck can generate infinite mana with Marwyn and other elves that can tap for bunches of mana (Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, Circle of Dreams Druid etc.) If Marwyn or another creature taps for 5 or more mana with Staff of Domination out you instantly win the game since you can draw and play the entire deck. Umbral Mantle can go infinite if Marwyn taps for 3 since every time you use it to untap her, it makes her bigger. There is another infinite mana combo with Temur Sabertooth, Wirewood Symbiote, a one mana cost elf, and any elf that can tap for 5 mana. Activate the symboite to bounce an elf to your hand (preferably a 1 mana elf), then activate Temur Sabertooth bouncing Wirewood Symbiote back to hand. Then replay the one mana elf and the symbiote. You will still have one mana floating after each sequence allowing you to repeat as many times as needed.

Card Draw: This is probably the most important part of any elf deck. With the amount of mana you can generate your will run out of cards fast. Guardian Project, Beast Whisperer, Primordial Sage, and Soul of the Harvest are all functionally the same and help you storm off. Regal Force, Shamanic Revelation, and Harmonize all allow bursts of draw. Lifecrafter's Bestiary and Leaf-Crowned Visionary are slightly more limited but we should have enough mana to pay an additional one mana to draw when we cast creatures. Eladamri, Korvecdal and Realmwalker aren't technical card draw but allow for solid card advantage. Oh and The Great Henge is one of the best cards ever printed and might be my favorite card ever.

Win Cons: The usual suspects for green decks makes up this section. Infinite mana plus Staff of Domination wins on the spot. Ezuri, Renegade Leader, Finale of Devastation, Thunderfoot Baloth, and Craterhoof Behemoth have been winning games for years. Also a big enough Genesis Wave will put them all onto the field. You know what to do from there. With the right start the deck can win as early as turn 4, but is usually ready to win consistently on turns 5 and 6.

All in all this is a pretty typical elf ball build but it is classic and effective. There are newer Elf commanders like Lathril, Blade of the Elves but I personally prefer mono green because it just feels right. This is probably my favorite deck I own.
