  1. You must use card tags in your posts.

  2. You must add 5 cards per adding round. You may add one utility land to replace a basic land in addition to your 5 cards. Rounds will continue until the deck is roughly 120-130 cards.

  3. You must remove 2 cards per cutting round. If by the end of a cutting round, there is not enough cards for another round, each player will roll for a chance to cut another card. Repeat as necessary.

  4. Once the deck is down to 100 cards, we will have one final round. Each participant may request that a card be swapped out with any other legal card. This will be put to a vote.

  5. Explain your card choices or cuts, even if it is obvious. Some people may not know why you chose that card.

  6. I will be updating the compiled deck list whenever I can, with tracked changes.

  7. Please make sure you've read other people's card suggestions before making your own - if those cards demand a certain amount of support from the rest of the deck then don't make them useless by ruling that out!

  8. We will roll for first adds. The first person to add may suggest a commander and theme for the deck. The second person may choose a subtheme. Any other person may attempt to veto a theme or subtheme, and must provide an alternative. We will put these contests to a vote.

  9. If someone elects to build the deck, they will sort out the colored mana and basic land ratios.

  • Impact Tremorsfoil out for Archaeomancer because we have Purphoros as a better tremors and the Archeomancer gives us much needed recursion.

  • Chaos Warp for Star of Extinction because he wanted to bring in a badass new boardwipe. Yes, the cmc is a bit high, but goddamnit, we're playing a land ramp on meth deck. Also, previous comments on chaos warp being a weaker card. Board removal is required in our meta.

AL Swapped:

  • Nothing. He thinks the deck is good as-is.

CS Swapped:

  • Siege-Gang Commander out for Praetor's Counsel because Siege-gang is awesome, if we had lots of goblins. Counsel gives us a third recursion, unlimited hand size, and...works well with some of our discard and draw effects.
