I don't think this is the optimal build for Oloro, but I think something close to this is the optimal build. This deck starts out kinda slow, but once you get enough mana or mana rocks out to cast a tutor get one of the following: Rhystic Study, Grand Arbiter Augustin IV, Well of Lost Dreams, Sanguine Bond, or Exquisite Blood. These will help keep the game going in your favor, but will make you a target. The deck tends to work best when more players are playing. It does mediocre in 1 vs 1.
I don't really think a lot of counterspells are necessary for this deck, but its up to you. I hope this gives you some ideas!
