Pulled an Arcades during M19 prerelease and I knew I had to make my first home-brew EDH with this commander.

my goal is to get massive card draw with a low mana curve. This is my first home brew EDH deck and it needs to work. I'm not sure how I did on the Mana Base. My collection is small and money is tight, so buying expensive lands is not an option.
