It is well known that the commander 2017 decks are some of the most broken precon decks ever released by WotC. What is not known though is that a few upgrades can quickly take the Arahbo, Roar of the World deck from meh to OP very quickly. The Eminence ability makes him an extremely broken threat from the beginning of the game and when coupled with speed, the cats are able rapidly deal lethal damage to an entire table.
