Also would love some advice to tune this up. I essentially want it to be mainly ETB triggers of Wizards and less Instants and Sorceries.

This decks has fun interactions that deal with ETB of wizards, and timing, there are a few unconventional ways to go infinite, usually by accident. But a Fun Deck that will never need to cast it's commander except in the most dire of situations, or in complete boredom.

I have put plenty of sac outlets for the extra clones to be utilized if/after they attack/ Such as Phyrexian Altar and Ashnod's Altar. Perhaps let them get lost in the City of Shadows, sacrifice them to Viscera Seer. Or perhaps just flicker for more fun.

I added Flameshadow Conjuring and Mirror March for more clone effects for ETB. While Mirror March is a risk, I tends to help out in most cases. These effects are silly with even Naban, Dean of Iteration and Panharmonicon out. Usually with some combo of these you get a ton synergy out of your ETB's; or Purphoros, God of the Forge.
