Commander: Edgar Markov

This is a Kindred Vampire deck to have available. I don’t typically play the most popular decks, but having this available along with some other popular commander deck lists may eventually be helpful down the road. Since I have a collection of the simple kindred creature types for 60 card constructed, this seems like a natural extension to have for commander except it is based on an actual well known archetype.
