Looking to make full use of the power of the two best Commander colours, Blue & Green. I've gone with a 'counters' theme that I've tried to stick to pretty rigorously although some cards had to be added for power level & consistency concerns.

I'm looking at potentially removing the following cards. While they are powerful, they aren't on theme or a little underwhelming. Suggestions on replacements are much appreciated. I have put a couple of cards in the "Acquire" section that I'm considering as replacements but open to other ideas.
