It's a Nekusar deck, the concept is pretty simple. Ping your opponents with steady damage every turn as their own decks slowly turn against them, then laugh as you deal big burst damage with wheels, either shuffling their precious hands back into their libraries or dumping them straight into the graveyard instead.

This deck is far from perfect, I have a bunch of cards that I still want to upgrade it with, and the mana base is MEGA jank. However, it has served me well over the years, and I hope to be playing with it for many years to come.
