Pentarch Ward
Enchantment — Aura
Enchant creature
As Pentarch Ward enters the battlefield, choose a color.
When Pentarch Ward enters the battlefield, draw a card.
Enchanted creature has protection from the chosen color. This effect doesn't remove Pentarch Ward.

I've found Flickering Ward to be a better option over Pentarch Ward as I may be able to cast it at flash speed with Sigarda's Aid in the deck.

I like the affordable part of pauper. :-)
I was also thinking last night that Esior might be a good partner for Siani with the flying with only . Land would be easier to manage with the mono blue, too. With the exception of Pentarch Ward, all the cards in your draw list are blue, so Pentarch would not be a significant loss. The downside, of course, it I miss out on some enchantment and equipment control with the loss of white.
If I get this tuned and I ever get on MTGO, I might just look you up. It could be an interesting match.

Thanks for the reply. I'm confused though. There is quite a bit of card draw and tutoring in the deck. Granted, this is an older build that hasn't underwent any changes since Commander Legends. This was a contest deck built solely for that purpose with what I believed to be at the time the best cards for this deck in specific.
When you note, "I don't see a lot of draw in this". I'm wondering if you really looked the deck over. I noted in early playtesting that it was lacking draw so I added as much as I could without concentrating solely on drawing cards. Examples below.
And on top of these, Flicker effects can blink Archaeomancer or Mnemonic Wall to get you back your Ghostly Flicker plus an Anticipate, Impulse, Ponder, Preordain etc over and over.
So I mean, There's plenty of draw and pseudo "draw" with transmute and tutor effects. There have been some other cards printed since that should probably be reviewed but I didn't intend on this being a deck I would really spend a lot of my time on. It was built primarily to showcase partner commanders. Especially those being newly released.
I'd be more than happy to hear out any changes that you think should be made. As far as I can tell the best pauper draw spells that are in this deck's color pie are already included in the deck. (Providing they were available for use when CMDR Legends was released).

Blessing of Leeches maybe? Daybreak Coronet? Spirit Loop to double your life gain.
Virtus the Veiled could be a secondary target for all those enchantments, especially the evasion cards.
Benevolent Blessing could replace Pentarch Ward. That Flash is as good as a counterspell sometimes.
I'd take out Angelic Gift (drawing a card is nice but you NEED to draw a card to make it equivalent to almost any other enchantment you're running). Same with Grisly Transformation.
There has got to be better card draw than Tome of Legends.

Grand Abolisher can help a lot against control decks and suits the devotion plan as well. If you face control often, you can also include other anti control cards. Fell free to experiment with Eight-and-a-Half-Tails, Favor of the Mighty, 4x Cavern of Souls, Giver of Runes, Greater Auramancy, Ranger-Captain of Eos, Pristine Angel, Voice of All, Pentarch Ward, Spectra Ward. Control has always the upper hand over you, this helps to bind their hands.
-
Luminous Broodmoth it's not an Angel and you control not enough non flyers that are worth to keep alive. You can run a creature only strategy. I suggest you look at death and taxes decks and draw inspiration from there.
-
Angels do not synergize with anything. You play Angels only because you like Angels not for competitive reasons. There is an option for a lifegain Angels deck (I'm working on it right now) but it uses very different kind of Angels Angel of Vitality, Resplendent Angel, Archangel of Thune, Lyra Dawnbringer and a lot of 1 life passive trigger cards.
-
If you add another color or colorless, you destroy the devotion plan. Therefore you need another strategy to get Angels out. See "Other strategies" in description

Well. Here's what I got on white.
Sigarda's Aid is terrific if you have a lot of auras. Ethereal Armor also gets better the more enchantments you have. Technically, there are 3 more enchantress cards: Satyr Enchanter, Verduran Enchantress, and Mesa Enchantress.
Alseid of Life's Bounty adds to the enchantments on the field and can be used to save a creature or get damage through. Hyena Umbra is good if they aren't running exile or -1/-1 effects. Pentarch Ward can be good as well. Shield of the Oversoul will make a Bogle indestructible. Privileged Position protects everything else.
Deafening Silence can slow down your opponents (Eidolon of Rhetoric and Rule of Law are a higher cmc versions) and Shapers' Sanctuary can at least let you draw. Ghostly Prison can be used against aggro decks.
If you were to run Snow-Covered lands for your basics, you could probably play On Thin Ice and maybe Dead of Winter for removal. Otherwise, Banishing Light and Oblivion Ring are strong.
You can sideboard Knight of Autumn, Rest in Peace, or Solemnity now. It is safer to sideboard Leyline of Sanctity as well.
Cards I didn't mention before: Rancor = Amazing, Unbridled Growth is mana fixing but not ramp like Utopia Sprawl. Hydra's Growth is strong but you have to slow them down a lot for it to work. Sixth Sense is card draw if you consistently hit.
In the end you can play whatever colors, I just think red offers the least and isn't necessary due to the hybrid mana of Obosh, the Preypiercer.
