Well. Here's what I got on white.

Sigarda's Aid is terrific if you have a lot of auras. Ethereal Armor also gets better the more enchantments you have. Technically, there are 3 more enchantress cards: Satyr Enchanter, Verduran Enchantress, and Mesa Enchantress.

Alseid of Life's Bounty adds to the enchantments on the field and can be used to save a creature or get damage through. Hyena Umbra is good if they aren't running exile or -1/-1 effects. Pentarch Ward can be good as well. Shield of the Oversoul will make a Bogle indestructible. Privileged Position protects everything else.

Deafening Silence can slow down your opponents (Eidolon of Rhetoric and Rule of Law are a higher cmc versions) and Shapers' Sanctuary can at least let you draw. Ghostly Prison can be used against aggro decks.

If you were to run Snow-Covered lands for your basics, you could probably play On Thin Ice and maybe Dead of Winter for removal. Otherwise, Banishing Light and Oblivion Ring are strong.

You can sideboard Knight of Autumn, Rest in Peace, or Solemnity now. It is safer to sideboard Leyline of Sanctity as well.

Cards I didn't mention before: Rancor = Amazing, Unbridled Growth is mana fixing but not ramp like Utopia Sprawl. Hydra's Growth is strong but you have to slow them down a lot for it to work. Sixth Sense is card draw if you consistently hit.

In the end you can play whatever colors, I just think red offers the least and isn't necessary due to the hybrid mana of Obosh, the Preypiercer.

May I ask what the Traveler's Cloak and Pentarch Ward generally target upon re-entry(if they are flickered at all)? Assuming that they are being flickered by Brago, along with himself, they will not be able to attach themselves to your commander.

May I also suggest a strong consideration for Reflector Mage or possibly even a Lavinia of the Tenth? Personally, I would swap out the Alirios, Enraptured and/or Whirler Rogue (although, an unblockable army does sound appealing).Unless you plan to go full token generation and play hyper aggresively, the two cards do not fit the general theme.

These two offer a lot of breathing room as the Mage can bounce creatures back and prevent them from being cast for an entire round. Lavinia is just great at locking out a large chunk of your opponents board!

Or perhaps even an Aven Fogbringer if you really want to cut someone out of the game for a while :)

I dig it. something to consider is Brave the Elements because it can save/provide evasion to multiple creatures... otherwise i think the biggest issue in mono-white is access to draw/cantrips.... perhaps Pentarch Ward can fit the them of auras as well as replace itself....maybe Bandage could help win some races by cantripping and triggering heroic?

I’ve also played Brago and there are 2 very good budget things you can do with this deck. 1, ramp. 2, draw. Brago basically doubles your mana from mana rocks, so if you have a lot of mana and a lot of draw, that is powerful. That’s why Rhystic Study and Smothering Tithe cost so much.

Let’s start with ramp. He can blink mana rocks so your mana rocks need to enter untapped. No Fieldmist Borderpost effects. Instead, you have Mana Geode , Darksteel Ingot , Prismatic Lens , Hedron Archive , Basalt Monolith , Peregrine Drake (he’s fun), and anything else you have. Sol Ring and what not.

Now draw. Mystic Remora is definitely worth the price. It’ll draw you a ton of cards and Brago will keep the upkeep cost to . Other good draw is Trial of Knowledge , Sea Gate Oracle , Unquestioned Authority , Traveler's Cloak , Pentarch Ward , Curator's Ward (you draw cards and can trenchant your commander!) Heliod's Pilgrim , and more. There are always permanents that help you draw.

Shoutout to Cloudform and Lightform for cheating everything into play. Should you want to keep your manifested a creature a 2/2 instead of blinking it (for example, it’s an instant) you only need to blink the ~~~~form enchantment. Also, Reality Acid and Nevermaker do great.

Also, planeswalkers. Add them if you’ve got them. Like Narset, Parter of Veils . She’s good.

Swiftfoot Boots and Lightning Greaves . You’ll need to protect your commander. Most people target Brago.

Those are my suggestions anyway. Now if you’re to take any cards out, I’d start with Serra's Blessing . Your commander can blink itself and all your creatures so they have pseudo-vigilance. I’d also remove instants and sorcerers from your deck that can be easily replaced with a blinkable permanent with the same effect ( Unsummon —> Nevermaker ).

for aggro I think Invisible Stalker could be a good choice of creature to enchant

Remand is really good to keep the tempo and protect against big stuff

Stubborn Denial is incredible in this deck

Steel of the Godhead is pretty good for 2$ and is a good budget upgrade (replace if you have 4 Daybreak Coronet , Ethereal Armor )

Geist of Saint Traft is a monster but cost 3 mana

Unstable Mutation if you want to be REALLY fast take this card

Gryff's Boon make the late game more fair

Path to Exile play 4 it's so freaking good

Hyena Umbra it's cheap and can protect Kor Spiritdancer

for sideboard

Stony Silence against tron afinity hardened scaled and artifact deck

Leyline of Sanctity against burn,storm,jund and black deck with discard

Rest in Peace against dredge, control, jund, storm and graveyard deck

Bruna, Light of Alabaster incredibly slow card

Banishing Light is 3 cmc which is a lot in a agro deck (we dont want to trade 1 for 1)

Gift of Immortality is slow and pretty much useless because it doesnt bring back the counter or the aura

Pentarch Ward , Emerge Unscathed , Dive Down doesnt serve much because we like enchanting creature with hexproof

Grand Abolisher should be in the sideboard for control matchup

Open the Armory I love this card but it's sadly too slow for modern
