Chronomantic Escape
Sorcery
Until your next turn, creatures can't attack you. Remove Chronomantic Escape from the game with three time counters on it.
Suspend 3-(2)(White) (Rather than play this card from your hand, you may pay (2)(White) and remove it from the game with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, play it without paying its mana cost.)

Hey Macleod, Get offa my ewe! (Angus Mackenzie)
I did it! Won with Blim, Comedic Genius yesterday and with Angus Mackenzie today. Wins with 53 decks since May 3rd!! And won this one as a kind of perfect game.
Three player pod. I have tweaked Angus recently, trying to see if we could get him over this hump, and the changes seem to have benefitted the deck. So, I played Machine God's Effigy as a copy of John's Eidolon of Blossoms. When I cast Machine God's Effigy, I was planning to copy Ryland's commander, Saruman, the White Hand. However, thinking twice, I figured card draw would serve me better than an expendable Orc Army. I drew a card each as I cast Sphere of Safety, Enigmatic Incarnation and Runed Halo, naming Fiery Inscription. I didn't sacrifice anything with Enigmatic Incarnation until I had a game winning plan. I gained a turn with Chronomantic Escape and then, on the next turn, cast Expel the Interlopers. Sacrificed Runed Halo with Enigmatic Incarnation and put out Moon-Blessed Cleric to seek out Enchanted Evening, since I had Calming Verse in hand. I untapped with 16 life and nine lands, just enough to tap out and cast Enchanted Evening and Calming Verse to effectively win the game, destroying all of my opponents' permanents, with them at 18 and 11 life. They would not have come back. I even looked and would've drawn an Aura Thief to stymie any comeback attempts.

Bell Borca was such a weird card. Always wanted to build a deck but never got around to it. I like what you have going on here! Your deck has a clear theme and flows. I'm gonna spitball some ideas at you based off the direction of your list.
Arc Blade the Futuresight red counterpart to Chronomantic Escape
Winds of Abandon huge Path to Exile
Chrome Mox on theme mana rock.
Semblance Anvil another on theme mana rock.
Jester's Cap blue/black deck manipulation for Boros.
Sword of Forge and Frontier and/or Sword of Hearth and Home might be worthy upgrades to some of your current equipment.
Soul-Guide Lantern cheaper more effective version of Stonespeaker Crystal

Zacama, Primal Calamity
Oh that was the hardest for me when I redid my Zacama deck. She was my very first commander deck. I definitely had it more creature base (dinos) and adding her to the battle field was just an added bonus. Then I started to thinking about making the deck more centric around her abilities. It has improved the deck in so many ways. I do agree, Panharmonicon would make a great addition to a deck that has several ETB creatures/artifacts. Chronomantic Escape is just beautiful, it's like a never ending goading effect.
Regisaur Alpha is fantastic in a dino tribal centric deck but if you are leaning towards a different style, then Regisaur probably needs to be cut out; same with Domri.
The sacrificing of creatures for card draw is a bit iffy and I only use it to sacrifice Zacama due to my deck being all about her with cards like Boundless Realms, and Traverse the Outlands as ways to just get all of my basic lands out onto the battlefield.
But you're good! I love looking at other players' Zacama decks because she is an amazing commander. I have a soft spot for the dino haha
But using Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion + Zacama, Primal Calamity would be nuts. And if you have a way of going into a second combat phase, you could knock out a player with just commander damage. So I suggest keeping Aurelia on the side if you ever want to switch it up.

Ooh thanks for suggestions Klapmeyer94. Of course then comes the part of deciding on cards to swap out.
The Bracers and Rishkar’s will definitely find a place. I was thinking of taking out Regisaur Alpha and Domri Rade due to them being more creature-based and poor Domri never gets to ult unless my pod is being stupid (no offence to them but that emblem is brutal, I’ve only ever had it once).
I do like Panharmonicon as well, since taking a look at my creatures there’s a fair amount of etb effects. I also want to add Chronomantic Escape in because it’s a fairly underrated card for what it does. No idea what to take out for these two. (Fires of Yavimaya and Aurelia, the Warleader maybe? As they are both creature/combat oriented which doesn’t really fit the deck anymore)
In terms of the card draw spells, I’m very iffy on adding those in when they require sacrificing creatures, since I can go an entire game with only a couple creatures at any one time.
Other cards I’m considering adding are Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion (which does go against the lack of combat stuff this deck does but at the same time it makes Zacama hit for 18 commander damage), Blackblade Reforged again same thing, but when I have 15-20 lands out that’s very strong, and Seer's Sundial. I may have to pay for card draw but I get landfall more reliably than casting creatures. Zirda can also reduce it down to 1 mana per draw.
Sorry for the mass text, I haven’t seen too many Zacama decks so it’s nice getting opinions and sharing ideas

Hey man! So I know I said I'd look at the Infestation version of your Black Plague deck next, but when I went to your profile, this deck caught my eye and I had a couple thoughts.
-
Would you consider changing this from mono-white to Esper Control? The addition of blue and black would give you some really great options for this type of "pillow fort" / stax strategy. Dissipation Field and Fatespinner are a couple cards that spring to mind, in addition to the obvious counterspell / removal / tutor options that those colors give you.
-
You describe this as a "troll" deck, which tells me it's not necessarily meant for competitive play. In that case, would you consider changing the deck format to Legacy or Casual instead? Because then there's several cards I'd recommend that aren't Modern-legal but that I think would be great.
-
I thought of a possibly very fun, stupid version of this deck! LoL. But really, you'd want to abandon Modern to make this most effective. Stuff the deck with enchantments that lock down the opponent, then on turn 7, cast Enduring Ideal , and spend the rest of the game sitting there tutoring and cheating out whatever enchantments you want. (Including Auras, and since they aren't being cast, they can actually be attached to creatures with Shroud and Hexproof!) Sphere of Safety will be one of your best cards, then! And even if you hate the idea of Enduring Ideal, you could still go enchantment heavy, in which case Idyllic Tutor is a must-include.
For some other white cards you might consider, there's Chronomantic Escape — 3 mana initial investment for full protection from combat every third turn. Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker would also be a great include, particularly against burn decks, since they don't rely on combat, which is the main thing you shut off in the current version of the deck. Finally, include a single copy of Blazing Archon in the deck to have a good play as the game goes long.

hello RearBumper
i never execute the combo if there is a way to lose - of course you could gamble on a player killing the player that could kill you but thats another story.
as described you exile ALL relevant cards, thus cards that allow for alternate kills but skipping the turns basically means i wont draw cards. thats also the fun thing as no game is the same. some games you have to exile a TON of cards, other games you dont need to exile lots. beware not to drag the game to long as you shouldnt sit there reading all decks as you dont have a clue about lots of cards yet.
for example when i started the deck there only was Chronomantic Escape. that needs often more cards to be exiled than if i do the combo via Teferi's Protection . but yes for both of them i need to exile cards like Stroke of Genius too. if there are decks with lots of effects like stroke, you might want to go for the confinement win as you cannot get targetet. but more often there are cards like exsanguinate, kokusho, gary..... global life loss.
basically skipping the turns skips drawing cards and prevents dying to decking. between the protection card and the extration cards you make shure to not die - ever.
