"The slowest mill deck in the world" is an experimental mono-white troll deck meant to stall the opponent out until their deck runs out of cards, and uses Elixir of Immortality to avoid suffering the same fate. Opponents will have to sit through 53 turns of bullshit (minus any card draw they have), desperately trying to assault your nigh-impenetrable defenses while you sit there and tax the hell out of them. There's no need to attack with this deck. Just sit back, relax, and watch your opponent rage.
