so some other lifegain options are

Authority of the Consuls - gains life every time an opponent plays a creature and taps that creature down, letting you swing in. Obviously dependent on your opponent here.

Path of Bravery - gains life everytime you swing, which should hopefully be often and buffs your creatures for it.

as for Bonds, I was surprised to find that there aren't that many cards in white that tap all creatures your opponent controls. The only cheaper option with that effect is AEther Shockwave . If you're looking for a mass lifelink, an alternative would be Ondu Rising .

Had some painful non-bo experiences today. Thrilling Encore isn't that good with Anafenza exiling their stuff. Probably better off with something like Make a Stand.

Plague of Vermin helped them more than it hurt. Although I gave my guys trample, their Soul Warden and Mycoloth equalized my alpha strike. I could really use a one-sided Ascendant Evincar of some kind. I was thinking of Amulet of Safekeeping, although it nerfs Ogre Slumlord. I might have to go full anti-token with Virulent Plague.

I'm leaning too hard on Merciless Eviction to undo a fortress. I could use a Nev Disk or even Purify. I also need a way to break through with my developed rat army, so I'm considering AEther Shockwave. I also need to reuse a non-rat card, possibly just add Regrowth.

Minor alteration you might enjoy - Horde of Notions for a general - you can't tutor out cards from play, but it lets you run any changling for , and cast them from graveyard as well.

another odd option is Reaper King for destruction of permanents

odd "lords" that might fit well -

Admiral Beckett Brass and or Captivating Vampire - Steal their stuff!

Bramblewood Paragon & the their tribal parallels - give a static bonus even after the card leaves

Death Baron - pairs well with first / double strike. kill stuff dead. good alternitive to Zombie Master

Drogskol Captain - another lord of the unreal, effectively. plus it steroids

Scion of Oona - see above, but shroud. can't target it, but has flash

Field Marshal and / or Stromkirk Captain - pairs well with deathtouch

Seshiro the Anointed - big buffs + card draw = win

Midnight Entourage - Gives a mini Phyrexian Arena effect when one dies

Myr Galvanizer - untapping is amazing. do stuff more!

Pheres-Band Warchief - because tribal centaurs are apparently a thing

Timber Protector & Crested Sunmare - because indistructable is amazing

Unnatural Selection - because more messing with stuff is more better

AEther Shockwave & Whelming Wave - lockout effects

Crux of Fate - because it is now viable in a non-dragon tribal

Goblin Chieftain - an alternitive to goblin king - not a fan of landwalk, personally. to circumstantial

Maybe try AEther Shockwave or something similar against those Elves/zoo decks you mention. At 4 mana it might be a bit much, but I think it's instant speed can close out games and lets you react to the opponent's play a bit better. Just a suggestion, but cool deck!
