I would cut down creatures for Bonus Round Disallow and the excellent Clash of Realities . Also think that Mana Echoes is a good inclusion!

I see your points, but I disagree about Clash of Realities . Its expected floor is definitely more than one lonely trigger, and it turns games around instead of consolidating winning positions. Try it -- you will be surprised :)

Bonus Round is a great suggestion. What I always liked about Reiterate is that, as an instant targeting any spell on the stack, when our opponents play things that might win them the game (like a high X value Exsanguinate ), we can just turn that around on them. It also just works nicely copying dumb ramp and draw spells our oponnents play even if we can't buy it back.

However, although Bonus Round + Turnabout does potentially net us a lot of mana, it doesn't lead us to a kill with Comet Storm or to draw our libraries with Finale of Revelation or Expansion / Explosion . I think that Bonus Round is more playable at the low end, but its high end isn't comparable to Reiterate.

Hammer of Purphoros is an important haste enabler for the spirits if we can manage to make an arbitrarily large number of them, but we don't tend to win that way so much. It is definitely a cut candidate. Clash of Realities could be oppressive against creature-heavy decks - hell against almost any deck. As nasty as it looks at the top end, at the bottom end it is a 4 mana 3 damage to target creature spell with Kykar needing to be on the field, making it a 2-card combo that does 3 damage to a creature. Could be fun, but seems like a "win more" card.

I think what I'll do here is cut the Hammer for Bonus Round. Thank you, kind stranger!
