A deck focused around +1+1 counters and getting Hamza on the board to take advantage of his creature discount for shenanigans. This deck also has a slight artifact/blink sub-theme as well. Built on a budget but I am open to suggestions for reasonable upgrades. Also looking for suggestions on how to improve the deck as a whole and anything helps.
