Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank is the same thing.

Reito Lantern , Hinder or Spell Crumple to put a card on the bottom of a library and then name it with Tunnel Vision

Helm of Obedience + Leyline of the Void exiles target players library

Aphetto Alchemist + Illusionist's Bracers is infinite untap and mill

Bloodline Keeper  , Forbidden Orchard and sometimes Undead Alchemist + Intruder Alarm for infinite untap and mill

Freed from the Real + King Macar, the Gold-Cursed to tap KM to mill with Phenax, God of Deception out, pay to untap KM and make a gold. Use the gold to pay for FftR from then on. Exiles the board and mills a bunch if it was full of creatures.
