Okay, In this deck design I'm abusing something that the commander does specifically. Share effects to Other creatures. Basically make other creatures with scary abilities REALLY hard to get rid of. The commander has a ETB trigger so flicker effects work specifically well with him to throw counters around though if destroyed having an artifact that cheats him into your hand is specifically nice, Side note the artifact has it's own tax but if flickered, recast, or even just moved the counters somewhere else because of a special new land card makes it rather too powerful to ignore.

Like you ever thought to yourself wouldn't it be great to have a Harvester of souls always out... or even Soul of the harvest. Funny cards like Poison-tip archer making it a blocker with indestructible, first strike, hexproof So you can just ALWAYS drain people.. Or even Glissa, The Traitor having insane revival abusing cards like pilgrams eye or Burnished Hart, though there is other artifacts in the deck as well and once you get your lands finished it can be used to abuse other strong artifacts in the deck or just have in the graveyard to give first strike, death touch.

The deck has allot of land power but if things are already in good condition just throw God of harvests in the graveyard to abuse indestructible.

With these flicker or even return to hand spells you end up with some random new tactics to abuse... Throw in a revival package with plenty of ramp then hopefully you got something hilarious and potentially different games every time you play.
